My home had a rennovation in January 2020. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms were freshly painted with new baseboards. All three bedrooms have new vinyl flooring, no carpet in bedrooms anymore!
My home has upgraded California-style furniture in all rooms! A New Samsung 53-inch TV in living room! All new queen- size pillow-top mattresses! I offer fresh white linens on the beds and fresh white towels in the baths. You will feel comfortable with the modern, upgraded, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, picturesque windows which allow for the sweeping-ocean and mountain views to explode. Turn your head and you will smell pink Jasmine flowers, deep pink tropical Bougainvillea plants, Birds of Paradise, Palm trees and dark purple ground cover. Enjoy nature at its best, then, hike, swim, walk, read, cook, shop and relax! This home features a close-in location in mid-Malibu with WI-FI connection.
Truly relax in this casual, beach-style, yet elegant home. Prepare to spend a magical stay of sun-filled days as this home faces east and is light and bright all day. There is no better place in Malibu to enjoy the nature you see from this deck while previewing the sunset with a glass of champagne or tall glass of ice tea. There is a gas barbeque to prepare your evening meals.
The chef’s gourmet kitchen is a real plus for this home. From the kitchen you will see and smell landscaping as well as see the brilliant ocean views. You will take your food straight from the kitchen to the open deck and enjoy all meals previewing the expansive blue pacific.
There is one big and expansive great room where you can cozy up near the fireplace as you watch your favorite movies on a SAMSUNG, LED flat screen SMART TV. There are books to read as you relax in this serene setting.
